Ingredients:
For the burger
- 2 Amazonika Mundi Burgers
- 2 burger buns (your choice)
- 2 slices of plant-based cheese (optional)
- Lettuce or arugula leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onion
- Olive oil for grilling
For the avocado spread
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cilantro leaves or chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mash the avocado with a fork until it forms a creamy spread. Season with lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper and cilantro. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Amazonika Mundi Burgers following the “How to Prepare” instructions on the box. If you prefer plant-based cheese, place it on the burger while it’s still hot to melt.
3. Heat the buns slightly.
4. Assemble the sandwich: bread → avocado spread → greens → Amazonika Burger → tomato → red onion → more avocado spread (if desired) → top with the other half of the bread.
5. Serve with rustic potatoes or cassava chips and your favorite sauce!
